Founded in 1862 and always remained in the family. In the 1990s, Mr. Bonnet married Mrs. Ponson, thus two Champagne family businesses merged into one. Cyril Bonnet is now the 6th generation winemaker. Bonnet-Ponson is a 'Récoltant Manipulant' this means that all wine is made from their own vineyards. The winery is located in Chamery in the west of the Montagne de Reims. Since 2013 they have started to work organically. Furthermore, Cyril experiments a lot and is busy with innovations, with a focus on working as naturally as possible.
