How do I place an order?

1. Place the wine in your shopping cart
2. Fill in your details: Do you have an account?
a. We ask you to enter some personal information. You can also create an account so that this happens automatically next time.
3. Delivery method: Would you like to pick up the wine or have it delivered? Same-day pickup is usually possible.
4. Select billing address: The wine will automatically be delivered to the billing address. Would you like the wine delivered to a different address? Check the box to have your package delivered to a different address and enter the desired address.
5. Select payment method: Select your preferred payment method: iDeal or Creditcard (VISA, Mastercard, American Express).
6. Complete order: check the order and entered information and complete the order.

How do I track my order?

The order will be delivered by
PostNL, you'll receive an email with the track & trace code. This will tell you what time the delivery person will arrive.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you placed an order and something didn't go quite right, please give us a call. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to make some adjustments. If the order has already been shipped, you can always return the package. If the wines arrive undamaged, we can refund your purchase price.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payment can be made in the following ways:

- iDeal

- Credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express)

What is the delivery time?

In principle your order will be
Shipped the next business day. We do not ship packages on weekends.

Not home?

Are you not at home or do you have the
Missed your delivery? Use your track & trace to see where your package was delivered, or when it can be picked up at a PostNL location.

Track & trace

You can stay up-to-date on your order via your track & trace. The code will be sent by email. You can also contact us at any time.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders under €75.00
There will be a €8.75 shipping charge. All orders of €75.00 or more are shipped free of charge.

Do you deliver abroad?

We only deliver in the Netherlands.
