How do I place an order?

1. Place the wine in your shopping basket
2. Fill in your details: Do you have an account?
a. Yes? Then log in with email address and password. Data does not need to be filled in again
b. No? We ask you to fill in some personal details. You can also create an account so that next time this will be automatic.
3. Delivery method: Do you want to pick up the wine or have it delivered? In most cases you can pick it up the same day.
4. Choose billing address: The wine is automatically delivered to the billing address. Would you like the wine to be delivered to a different address? Check the box to indicate that your package must be delivered to a different address and enter the desired address.
5. Choose payment method: Choose the desired payment method: Paypal, iDeal or Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express)
6. Complete the order: check the order and the entered data and complete the order.

How do I track my order?

The order will be delivered by
PostNL, you will receive an email with the track and trace code. This allows you to see at what time the delivery driver will visit you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once the order has been placed, we get to work. Unfortunately it is therefore not possible to change or cancel the order. The wine can of course be returned! Please contact us to do so

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payment can be made in the following ways:

- Paypal

- Pay with your credit card

- Credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express)

What is the delivery time?

In principle, your order
will be delivered within 1 business day. Is a wine not available until later? Then this will be mentioned with the wine. Wines that are not directly deliverable are delivered as soon as possible after arrival.

Not at home?

Are you not at home or did you miss the
delivery guy? Through your track & trace you can see where the package was delivered, or when it can be picked up at a PostNL point.

Through your track & trace you stay informed about the order. The code will be sent to you by email. You can also always contact us at

What are the shipping costs?

Orders under €45.00
will be charged €6.95 shipping. All orders of €45.0 or more will be shipped free of charge.

Do you deliver abroad?

We deliver exclusively in the Netherlands.

How do I report my order as returned?

Does the wine not meet your
expectation, or did something break during transport? We are happy to solve it for you! Contact us and we will get to work for you.
