Barbadillo is a household name in the sherry region and known for the Solear Manzanilla, among others. They are one of the largest suppliers in Sanlucar de Barrameda. And despite being quite large, it is still a family business with many small bodegas under their wing. They have been around for almost 200 years and offer plenty of room for innovation and small-scale projects. "Barbadillo and Singular" is the project through which they focus entirely on organic viticulture and with it a relatively new line of wines.
And Singular wines are made by Montse Molina, near Sanluca, she aims for clean and pure wines with a real terroir expression of Jerez.
