The wine is a blend of 13 different white grape varieties permitted in Alsace, from different parcels, each with its own terroir. They are planted according to the traditional 'complantation' method, i.e. mixed together in the same vineyard. In this way, the character of the vineyard and the vintage are best expressed in the wine.

Domaine Zinck wordt geleid door Philippe Zinck in Eugusheim, de 4e generatie in dit familie bedrijf.

Hij werkt sinds 2021 volledig (en gecertificeerd) biodynamisch, in zijn ongeveer 14 hectaren wijngaarden. De filosofie van Philippe is om authentieke wijnen te produceren, die volledig laten zien waar ze vandaan komen.

Al de wijnen zijn monocepage, van village tot aan single vineyard wijnen. De hogere lijnen worden op grote lokale foudres opgevoed, de crémant en portretlijn in rvs.
