Biodynamic. Aromatic white wine.
The grapes come from vines that are on average 45 years old and are hand-picked. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels using naturally occurring yeasts. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months in our own old barrels before bottling. The barrels are made from locally harvested oak trees.
Aromas of grapefruit, lemon, ripe apple, flint, and dried apricot. It has the typical petrol notes of Riesling.

Domaine Zinck is managed by Philippe Zinck in Eugusheim, the 4th generation in this family business.
Since 2021, he has been fully (and certified) biodynamic in his approximately 14 hectares of vineyards. Philippe's philosophy is to produce authentic wines that fully reflect their origins.
All the wines are single-varietal, ranging from village to single vineyard wines. The higher-quality varieties are aged in large local cellars, while the crémant and portret lines are aged in stainless steel.
