Assess the style and quality of wines made from 22 locally important grape varieties, produced in over 70 wine regions around the world
Sparkling and fortified wines: How to make them and which grapes are used?

Making wine/food combinations
Candidates who successfully complete the examination receive the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines, which qualifies you for entry to Level 3.
Hereyou will find the explanatory notes for Level 2. It contains everything you need to know to pass the examination.
This course is taught in 16 hours of class (8×2 hours). Each class is from 19.00 - 21.00, unless otherwise stated. In addition, you should allow for 2.5 hours of self-study per week. The exam takes 1 hour.
The course is also offered in an accelerated format (Fast Track). In that case the times are from 10.00-12.00 and 13.00-15.00.
