A very fresh and fruity Aligoté with aromas of citrus and pear and a beautiful balance between a round and lively mouthfeel. Officially, the wine comes from the Loire Valley. But if you zoom in on the map, it's the lower part of the Loire Valley, which is around Macon. And that means sun and warmth!
Grapes are picked by hand, pressed immediately and then fermented at very low temperatures in 500-liter wooden barrels.
Goes well with anything that comes from the sea, but also delicious with fresh salads or just as it is, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon with drinks, for example.
