Biodynamic wines, organic, and minimally intervened. These are the wines of Shukhrat Khakimov, a Uyghur native from Kazakhstan who has been cultivating wine in Alicante, Spain, for decades. After completing his viticultural training, he was determined to put this beautiful part of Spain on the international map. A distinctive character that produces distinctive wines. When he founded this winery, he established SK Viticultores, an organization where he and a group of oenologists create pure, minimally intervened wines. With various lines, they showcase the potential of this region, from super juicy reds to exciting orange wines.
