A natural wine from Valencia, Clarino, made from 100% macabeo. Biodynamic and minimally intervened. A full 25 days of skin contact and a minimum of four months of bottle aging.

A bit modest at first, but let the wine sit for a while and it will open up. The nose is full of notes of lees (yeast cells) and ripe stone fruit, with a light nuttiness, dried and caramelized fruit. On the palate, the attack is soft, nutty with a light bite and medium acidity in the finish.

After completing his viticultural training, he was determined to put this beautiful part of Spain on the international map. A distinctive character that produces distinctive wines. When he founded this winery, he established SK Viticultores, an organization where he and a group of oenologists create pure, minimally intervened wines. With various lines, they showcase the potential of this region, from super juicy reds to exciting orange wines.
