CONTENTS

During this basic course, you will taste wines from the major grapes and wine regions and cover topics such as:

• How do you serve and store wine?
• What is wine and how is it made?
• What is natural, organic and biodynamic wine?
• What is New World wine and how does it differ from Old World?
• How to read a label?
• How to combine wine and food?

There are about 7-8 wines tasted per evening, often in pairs. All wines are paired with a snack.

This course does not include an official exam.
