Winemaker

The Péré-Vergé family owns three wineries in Pomerol, including the renowned Château La Violette and Château Le Gay, highly regarded by Robert Parker, among others. Their consultant is Michel Rolland, the world's most famous winemaker. Rolland wanted to prove that top-notch wines are also possible in Argentina. The estate is located just under 100 kilometers south of the city of Mendoza at the foot of the Andes, at an altitude of 1,050 meters.
