Taste notes : Aromas of dark cherries, cranberries, pomegranate, and slate. Full-bodied on the palate. A true "food rosé." Widely suitable for gastronomic purposes.
Grape varieties: Grenache noir 50%, Cinsault 30%, Carignan 20%
Vinification : After harvest, fermentation takes place in cement and then matures for six months in reclaimed Burgundian oak. Organically certified using biodynamic practices, the wine is almost entirely produced naturally.
