The wine is fresh, mineral and complex, with aromas of lemon, tangerine and grapefruit On the palate it is refreshing with juicy notes of lemon, pineapple and white peach. The finish is soft and long, with a nice balance between richness, minerality and ripe acidity.

In the south-west of Savoie lies the village of Jongieux, where Antoine and his parents make congenial, unaffected wines from local grape varieties. For whites these are jacquère and roussette and for reds gamay and mondeuse. The vineyards are situated on poor limestone slopes at about 400 meters altitude. The area has even recently been classified as a national heritage site because of its beauty. And for 7th generation Antoine, preserving this landscape is one of the most important aspects and therefore the domaine is certified 'Haute Valeur Environnementale', which means they are super sustainable.
