Les Terres Turones, Chenin Sec 2023
A rich, aromatic white wine. A seductive, elegant nose with notes of ripe citrus, peach, and beautiful oak. Creamy and rich on the palate, with a wonderful balance between ripe fruit, refined acidity, and oak. A long, minerally finish.
Delicious with firm fish, curry/ Indian cuisine, poultry, liver/organ

Since 2017, Dominique and Philippe Ivancic have been winegrowers in Husseau, in the heart of Montlouis-sur-Loire. Their Terres Turones comes from a beautiful 4-hectare Chenin Blanc plot, situated between the Cher and Loire rivers. The vines are deeply rooted in clay soil with flint and a Tuffeau subsoil – typical of the Loire and ideal for elegant, expressive wines. In 2022, the estate obtained organic certification. Dominique and Philippe work with great respect for nature and the environment, focusing on biodiversity and terroir. Their wines reflect the purity and finesse of the Loire Valley, with Chenin Blanc taking center stage.
