Winemaker
Xulia was born in Arnoia and has been dedicated to winemaking from a young age. She has over 30 years of experience with her own company of integral vineyard maintenance and consultancy on traditional vineyards in the Galician area. She founded her own winery with the main goal of making natural wines without intervention in the vineyard or in the cellar. Currently, she is developing a recovery project for more than 15 native varieties that disappeared after the phylloxera epidemic, of which very few witnesses remain. Every year, she takes wood from these plants to rehabilitate them and make micro-vinifications that allow her to continue innovating.
