Sustainability is central to the over 400-year-old cooperative Cantina Girlan, which believes it's the only way to guarantee the pure, authentic character of its wines. Cantina Girlan now has over 200 winegrowers affiliated with it. Together, they own over 220 hectares of vineyards.
