False Bay Vineyards is part of the Waterkloof Estate and owned by Paul Boutinot. As early as 1994, Paul recognized the fruit's potential and began crafting pure, unadulterated wines. Fruit from sustainably and organically grown grapes, often from old vineyards, hand-harvested, and fermented without commercial yeasts or added acid. Unusual then, but still uncommon today, wines at this price point are rarely made this way.
