Winemaker

The Eymann family business is one of the first winegrowers in Germany to embrace biodynamic practices. It's a small farm where everything is managed by the immediate family. Of the 15 hectares of vineyards, 5 hectares are planted with Riesling. Since his son, Vincent, took over, the wines have developed even more character, and there's plenty of experimentation with new cuvées.
