Winemaker
Weingut Eymann is a small family-run winery located in the Palatinate, Germany. The 15-hectare estate is one of the region's organic pioneers. The family has always worked without the use of herbicides and pesticides, and in 1983, they were the first in the region to be certified organic. Today, they go a step further and are biodynamically (Demeter) certified, making their wine with an absolute minimum of additives. Eymann wines are characterized by a fresh character, and thanks to their long oak aging, they are often very drinkable even in their youth.
