Brothers Didier and Denis (and their son Bruno) Larue own their domaine in Gamay, a hamlet northeast of Saint-Aubin. The family has owned vineyards for several generations, but Didier and Denis decided to bottle them themselves. In a short time, they have built an excellent reputation for an honest, pure, terroir-focused style at relatively good prices. Their vineyard management is meticulous: short pruning and green harvesting ensure a low yield per hectare. Pesticides are sparingly used, and the grapes are picked by hand.
