Amber orange wine, quite expressive with grapefruit and spices, also with some ripe fruit and floral notes. The structure offers a nice balance between acidity, bitterness, and freshness. The skin softening is clearly noticeable, paired with complex aromas.

The discovery of the year for us! These Slovenian wines are made in the Karst region bordering Friuli. The vineyards overlook the sea and enjoy cooling sea breezes. This gives the wines more minerality and acidity. The result is wines with enormous life and excellent aging potential. In our opinion, these are undiscovered wines of absolute world class.
