The wine is aged for 24 months on the lees, allowing it to retain its light, fruity character. Pure and fresh on the nose with delicate aromas of fresh fruit and blossom. Elegant and fruity on the palate with notes of ripe apple and syrup, a fine mousse, and a refreshing finish.

Winemaker

Agusti founded the company in the 1970s. He has now taken a step
returned and his son Alex and daughter Gemma took over the helm
taken over. What is special about the winery is that they make Cava's from one
vintage. Normally, when making Cava, just like in the
Champagne, a blend made from different vintages to achieve a specific
to create a house style. Agusti thinks differently about this and allows each Cava to have its own
identity. The long bottle maturation is also a determining factor of the
typical Agusti style.
