Medium bodied, savoury and minerally white wine. A complex nose, not very expressive in terms of aromas, but full. Fruity aromas such as peach and ripe apple are somewhat in the background, while the wine also has a salty character and a light hint of honey sweetness. The attack is mouth-filling yet refreshing, with a light structure of phenolic notes, and a clean finish. Delicious with fish, poultry, soft cheeses, and Asian dishes like curry.

Cellar Comunica is a project by two men, Pep Aguilar and Patri Morillo. They have spent their entire careers advising other wineries, acting as consultants/flying winemakers, and in doing so, have formed their own ideas and beliefs about winemaking.
Wine is made in the vineyard, not in the cellar. This is a common sentiment among "more natural winemakers," perhaps a way to emphasize that wine isn't a recipe, but rather a product of Mother Nature. What these men have become clear in all their years of observing others is that one soil type has always given them a special feeling: granite.
That's also why they started this project when they came across the Mas d'en Cosme estate. A granite-dominated plot of land in the Falset commune, with healthy soil and space to accommodate all the Montsant DO grapes.
