For centuries, wine has been produced at Dr. Bürklin-Wolf. On approximately 85 hectares, they primarily cultivate Riesling, among the finest in the entire region. This family-run winery, located in the Palatinate, is run by Bettina, the 22nd generation. She has carried on her grandfather's vision and began making biodynamic wine in 2001, both in the vineyard and the cellar. This makes the wines even more terroir-driven and exciting! In the vineyard and cellar, very little is done to the wines; the goal is pure and distinctive wines. The wines are fermented and aged partly in stainless steel and partly in old wooden barrels. The wines are known for their distinctive character, a new style (modern) Riesling, with pronounced acidity and enormous length.
