Born in the enchanting Arnoia and dedicated to the art of winemaking from an early age, Xulia is an example to us all.

With over 30 years of experience, she has established her own company, providing complete vineyard maintenance and consulting services for traditional wineries in the enchanting Galician region. But that's not all! She has established her own winery, and her primary goal is to create natural wines without any artificial intervention in the vineyard or winery.

What truly sets her apart is her passionate project to restore over 15 native grape varieties, which were nearly wiped out by the devastating phylloxera. Only a handful of these precious varieties remain, and Xulia is working with all the courage and determination to breathe new life into them. Every year, she collects wood from the surviving plants to save these treasures, and she even carries out micro-vinifications to present ever-surprising new creations.
