Weingut Eymann is a small family business located in the German Palatinate. The farm of only 15 hectares is one of the bio-pioneers of the region. Always the family worked without the use of herbicides/pesticides and in 1983 they were the first of the region to be certified organic. Today they go one step further and are biodynamic (Demeter) certified and make the wine with an absolute minimum of additives. Eymann wines are characterized by a fresh character, due to long wood aging the wines are often very drinkable in their youth.
