This beautiful estate is located on the coast near Cape Town and Stellenbosch was purchased in 2006 by renowned winemaker Paul Boutinot. Through biodynamic farming with very low yields and ultra traditional work in the cellar, they are working hard to eventually make the best wines in South Africa.
