After a spontaneous but highly successful visit in 2021 and a car loaded with Champagne, we're proud to announce that Richard Petit and Veronique Bajan's wines are back in full force. With a slightly larger allocation than before, we can now truly launch these beautiful Champagnes.
Located in Avize (Côte de Blancs), they produce Grand Cru Champagnes. Their style is dry (read: extra-brut) but with plenty of volume, thanks to their grapes being picked at the ripest stage. The vast majority are Chardonnay, which is logical given the location. Furthermore, the wine has a fantastic appearance, with unique bottles that mimic the style of the first sparkling wines ever bottled.
