A beautiful series of mono-cépages from Pézenas in the Languedoc. Wine has been made at this estate since Roman times. Today this is done in a modern and efficient way. In the 100 hectares of vineyards they work according to the 'Lutte Raisonnée'. This means that no herbicides/pesticides are used unless there is no other option. The Castelnau wines are concentrated, pure and very recognizable by variety.
