Boutinot Rhône is located in the highest part of Cairanne. They work with old vines in the 'lutte raisonee' way. This means that no herbicides/pesticides are used unless not possible otherwise. In the cellar they work ultra traditional with 'open-top' fermentation and aging on demi-muids. The wines have a silky and rich character, they are only released after several years of bottle aging to avoid drinking them too young.
