Een bijzonder smaakvolle sparkling tea gemaakt van Japanse Hojicha thee. Gouden medaille winnaar World Alcohol-Free Awards 2023. Hojicha is een thee met een diep umami-karakter. Tonen van nori-zeewier, geroosterde hazelnoot en een delicate rooksmaak met droge en houtachtige tannine. 


Saicho gebruikt single origin thee die met de hand worden geplukt. Er is eenvoud en puurheid in het gebruik van single origin thee. Hierdoor krijgt de thee een eigen karakter. Elke individuele thee wordt 24 uur lang koud gebrouwen om de meest delicate en complexe smaken te extraheren. De thee wordt vervolgens in balans gebracht op de juiste zoet- en zuurgraad. Als finishing touch versterkt het bubbeltje de smaak van de thee. Zo ontstaat de sparkling tea van Saicho.
