Jose en zijn vrouw Dani runnen een prachtig 2,5 hectare wijngaard in Maule, Chili. Zijn vader heeft hem dit nagelaten, met daarop 50 tot 200 jaar oude wijnstokken! Jose is de eerste die serieus met wijn maken bezig is. De hoofddruif is País, de Chileense upcoming trots, alles gebeurd natuurlijk en met de hand (alles!).
