This fruity Pinot Noir is made from grapes from the house's various 'red' vineyards. The grapes are harvested late, so they are very ripe and have a high aroma concentration. This brings out the characteristics of the grape and the terroir especially well.

In the south-west of Savoie lies the village of Jongieux, where Antoine and his parents make congenial, unaffected wines from local grape varieties. For whites these are jacquère and roussette and for reds gamay and mondeuse. The vineyards are situated on poor limestone slopes at about 400 meters altitude. The area has even recently been classified as a national heritage site because of its beauty. And for 7th generation Antoine, preserving this landscape is one of the most important aspects and therefore the domaine is certified 'Haute Valeur Environnementale', which means they are super sustainable.
