After the manual harvest, the grapes ferment on stainless steel, after which the wine matures partly in Slavonian oak barrels, partly in large old oak barrels. This makes the wine softer and rounder, without giving it too much influence from the flavor of the wood. The wine is harmonious and inviting, with lots of fruit in the nose (cherry, blackcurrant) kirsch and earthy notes and hints of brushwood. Velvety on the palate with a high flavor concentration full of juicy fruit, soft, lively acidity and ripe tannins. The finish is long with a nice minerality.
