Spicy and aromatic nose with black pepper and a hint of chili pepper on the palate, fresh meadow flowers and ripe Granny Smith apple. Fine mineral notes, juicy and filling with a nice finish.

In the south-west of Savoie lies the village of Jongieux, where Antoine and his parents make congenial, unaffected wines from local grape varieties. For whites these are jacquère and roussette and for reds gamay and mondeuse. The vineyards are situated on poor limestone slopes at about 400 meters altitude. The area has even recently been classified as a national heritage site because of its beauty. And for 7th generation Antoine, preserving this landscape is one of the most important aspects and therefore the domaine is certified 'Haute Valeur Environnementale', which means they are super sustainable.
